We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time.

This includes:

However, we understand that things happen!

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at paperandpen2026@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.

If Something Is Wrong:

Please include the following in your email:

• A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

• Your order number

• A short description of the issue
